The capacitors have short wires, so it might be a bit difficult the first time you have to hold the capacitor, put the soldering iron at the right position (touching both the pad and the wire of the capacitor) and add the right amount of solder. Start with one pad and a small amount of solder, just to hold it. Now the capacitor is fixed and you can solder the second wire. Then return to the first wire and solder it correctly.
